Newrise Technosys reserves the right to terminate the service agreement if the client fails to make a payment or breaches any other terms and conditions of the agreement. Either party may also terminate the service agreement with written notice.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.
