Payment Terms
For paid Services, the following terms apply:
Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription or purchase according to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NRT Group shall not be liable for:
